DESCRIPTION:Grand Meo Mewati Conference Held; Asgar Meo Elected State President \nA grand Meo Mewati Conference was organized on Sunday at a school campus located on the Maksi–Ujjain Road. As part of the event\, a Taarufi Conference (Matrimonial Introduction Meet) was also held for marriage-eligible boys and girls of the community. \nMore than 150 educated young men and women from across India registered to participate\, accompanied by their parents. The chief guests of the event were MLA Hukum Singh Karada and Tarana MLA Mahesh Parmar. \nThe election process for the post of State President was conducted by the event organizer Mewati Samaj Maksi\, along with the supporting team led by Meo Trust Indore. \nWith the participation of over 1\,200 members of the Meo community\, Asgar Mew (Songiri) was unanimously elected as the State President. \nThe election process was supervised by Haji Shamshuddin Chishty\, Advocate Sharib\, Abdul Hafiz Banarasi\, Asif Meo\, Ayyub Meo\, Shaukat Hussain (Dewas). The guests and participants were welcomed by all Meo Trust Members.
