Gotra :  Bhaghodiya (Chandrawanshi)- Mewati

About Me:

Today’s era is not only about progress but also about identity, education, unity, and social awareness. Communities that learn from their history, preserve their culture, and equip future generations with the wealth of knowledge are the ones that earn respect, dignity, and success in the world. On the other hand, when a society becomes divided by differences and conflicts, ignorance, poverty, and hopelessness begin to take root.

The history of the Mewati community is rich with examples of bravery, honor, loyalty, simplicity, and brotherhood. Throughout generations, this community has demonstrated hard work, honesty, and humanity in ways that deserve admiration and pride. However, changing times have brought new educational, social, and economic challenges. Recognizing these realities, the need was felt for an institution that would not exist for political interests or personal gain, but solely for education, awareness, humanity, and selfless public service. It was with this vision and commitment that the MEO Educational Welfare Awareness Trust was established.

A significant gathering of intellectuals, elders, social workers, youth, and responsible members of the Mewati community was recently organized in Indore with this very objective. The purpose of the meeting was not merely to introduce a trust, but to inspire the community with a new vision, a new direction, and a deeper understanding of the importance of unity and collective progress.

On this occasion, the founder, High Court Advocate Muhammad Sharib Khan, stated that the greatest identity of every Mewati is the Mewati community itself. If the community is strong, every family will be strong; every child will have access to education, and every young person will be able to build a dignified future. He emphasized that the Trust was not founded for personal recognition, financial gain, or political ambitions. Its sole purpose is the selfless service of the people so that even after one’s lifetime, their good deeds continue to live in the hearts of society.

During the meeting, Advocate Muhammad Sharib Khan also shared the journey behind the establishment of the Trust. He explained that the foundation of this movement was first laid in his heart. Since childhood, he had dreamed of seeing the Mewati community excel in education, justice, and development, so that future generations could take pride in their identity and heritage.

He said that the struggles of underprivileged children deprived of education, the frustration of unemployed youth, the difficulties faced by needy families, and the suffering of women affected by domestic violence deeply touched him. However, he also realized that no great dream can be achieved alone. It was only through the support of sincere companions, respected elders, and dedicated members of the community that this dream gradually transformed into a meaningful movement.

He further stated that although the Trust is beginning with small steps, its intentions are pure, its vision is clear, and its goals are ambitious. When sincerity guides a mission and determination fuels its efforts, even small initiatives can eventually grow into a powerful movement for social change.

Various speakers at the gathering emphasized that the true strength of the Mewati community lies in its unity. Unless the community comes together on a common platform, it will not be possible to effectively address challenges related to education, employment, healthcare, and social development. Unity is the force that transforms scattered individuals into a strong and organized community and gives society a renewed identity and purpose.

Vision:

The fundamental mission of the MEO Trust is to ensure that education, guidance, justice, and support reach every section of society. Whether it is students, youth, women, elders, or underprivileged families, the Trust aims to provide opportunities, assistance, and guidance to all who need it.

The Trust firmly believes that social progress cannot be achieved through speeches alone; it requires practical action and dedicated service. Therefore, it has committed itself to working continuously in the fields of education, scholarships, free coaching, career counseling, skill development, employment support, healthcare, women’s welfare, legal awareness, and humanitarian service.

The MEO Trust is not merely an organization; it is a movement of hope, dreams, and future-building for the Mewati community. If every member of the community contributes in whatever way possible, the day is not far when the Mewati community will stand as a shining example of education, progress, unity, and humanity, earning a distinct and respected identity throughout the nation.

Together, let us build a future where education becomes our strength, unity becomes our identity, and service to humanity becomes our mission. This is the vision, the commitment, and the message of the MEO Trust.

Philosophy:

“The strength of the Mewati community lies in unity, and the purpose of the MEO Trust is solely to serve the people selflessly and establish a lasting legacy.”
